Priscila Barreto-Coelho, MD Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami Dr. Priscila Barreto-Coelho is a medical oncologist and researcher at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Health System, where she also serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Assistant Director of their Global Oncology Program. Her expertise focuses on sarcoma, breast cancer, and cancer disparities. Dr. Barreto-Coelho is originally from Brazil, where she completed medical school, followed by residency and fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami Health System. Dr. Barreto-Coelho’s research focuses on personalized medicine, barriers to cancer care, and healthcare disparities.
