Emanuela Palmerini, MD PHD Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami Emanuela Palmerini, MD, PhD, is a medical oncologist and international expert in bone and soft tissue sarcomas. She is Full Professor of Sarcoma Research at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine and a member of the Sarcoma and Phase I Programs at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Palmerini has led or contributed to more than 30 sarcoma clinical trials and has played key roles in major European research networks, including the EORTC Bone Sarcoma Group, the Euro Ewing Consortium, and as co-Chair of the FOSTER Osteosarcoma Consortium. She is a coauthor of AIOM and ESMO sarcoma guidelines and collaborates closely with international sarcoma patient advocacy groups.
