He has a strong track record in advancing drug development and expanding patient access globally. He is the creator of The Global Guide to Compassionate Use Programs, an industry-standard resource supporting early access in over 65 countries. He previously served on the Board of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation and now advises small biotech companies across the full product lifecycle—from early asset acquisition and fundraising to regulatory strategy, global expansion, market access, and commercialization. Dr. Turbeville joined the SARC Board of Directors in 2025.
