Seth Pollack, MD Lurie Cancer Center, Northwestern University Dr. Seth Pollack serves as the Medical Director of the Sarcoma Program at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University. He is also the Steven T. Rosen, MD, Professor of Cancer Biology and Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. After fulfilling his fellowship at the University of Washington, Dr. Pollack endeavored in multiple clinical trials that have moved his findings from the bench to the bedside around the world. His research is focused on the development of novel immunotherapies for patients with advanced sarcoma, particularly Synovial Sarcoma (SS) and Myxoid/Round Cell Liposarcoma (MRCL). In addition, he is currently collaborating with veterinarians and organizations like the Canine Cancer Alliance to try and learn lessons that might be applicable to humans from pet dogs who naturally develop sarcoma.
