Sarcoma P31

December 15–17, 2026 | Heidelberg, Germany

SARCOMA P31 is a working conference organized around 19 highly structured breakout groups. Each breakout examines a field-changing central question, bringing together the complementary perspectives of clinical investigators, researchers, and patient advocates. Breakout themes include biomarkers and artificial intelligence, metastasis, treatment resistance, tumor microenvironment, genetic predisposition, and other key areas of sarcoma investigation. Participants will engage in focused discussions addressing challenges within individual sarcoma subtypes as well as those affecting the broader field. The goal is to define actionable strategies that are timely and will benefit from international collaboration. SARCOMA P31 is co-led by the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the US National Cancer Institute (NCI)/NIH, and SPAGN, with DKFZ and SARC serving as lead coordinators.
