Sean Turbeville

SARC is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Sean Turbeville to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Turbeville brings over 20 years of leadership experience in biotech and life sciences, focusing on rare and ultra-rare diseases, oncology, and innovative therapeutic approaches, including cell and gene therapies. His work has consistently aimed at advancing research and expanding access to treatments for patients around the world.

He is the creator of several industry resources, including The Global Guide to Compassionate Use Programs, a widely respected resource supporting early access to therapies across more than 68 countries. In addition to his current advisory roles with emerging biotech organizations, Dr. Turbeville currently serves on the Board of the Raymond A. Wood Foundation and previously served on the Board of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
